Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend, Bank and Legal holidays are processed on the next business day.
To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.
Standard delivery orders to most areas of the Romania should arrive within 24/72 hours and products are delivered between 8am – 6pm . Working days are Monday-Friday, exceptional Saturday, excluding Sunday, Bank and Legal holidays.
Shipping cost for the most areas inside the country – 25 lei
Free shipping (RO) – For the orders that are minimum 500 lei, the shipping it’s free.
European Union - Delivery takes 3 to 10 working days and products are delivered between 10am – 6pm.
Outside of EU - Delivery takes up to 14 working days and products are delivered between 10am – 6pm.
International shipping cost will automatically be calculated upon your checkout based on your location.
Free Shipping (INT)– For the orders that are minimum 200 EUR, the shipping it’s free.
If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, making sure that:
– the items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains).
-we will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items.
-allow 30 days for refund processing.
The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items.
Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
- MADE TO MEASURE items cannot be replaced or returned.
- SALE items cannot be returned, they can only be replaced with other size(if available) or with another product
All our deliveries are handled by FANCURIER, Urgent Cargus (Romania) or DHL, UPS, FedEx(international).
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a notice so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At BLACK LABEL we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
